How do you price your services?
Pricing is based on the number of windows, property size, and accessibility. We offer free, no-obligation quotes for all services. Typical residential window cleaning starts from £18 for a small property.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home – we can access most properties from outside. If you have a side gate, please make sure you leave it open on the day of our visit, so that we can access the rear of your property.

Do you clean conservatory roofs?
Yes! Conservatory cleaning is one of our specialties. We clean conservatory roofs, frames, and glass panels using specialist equipment and cleaning solutions safe for all materials including UPVC, aluminium, and wood. Cleaning conservatory roofs is an optional extra and is not part of a standard window clean.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, card payments, and GoCardless. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
GoCardless is an automated payment which is taken after each clean. So no need to worry about remembering to pay the window cleaner!
What happens if it rains after you clean my windows?
Rain actually won’t make your windows dirty again if they’ve been cleaned properly with purified water. Our cleaning method removes all minerals and dirt, so rainwater simply runs off clean glass without leaving marks.
