How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We offer both 4-weekly and 8-weekly window cleaning schedules. Most customers choose an 8-week service, while those who prefer their property looking its best all year round often choose a 4-week schedule.
Do you clean the window frames and sills?
Yes. Every regular window clean includes the glass, frames, sills and external doors at no extra cost. We believe your whole window should be left looking clean, not just the glass.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Most of our customers are out while we clean. As long as we have access to all of the windows, we’ll complete the clean and notify you once it’s finished.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes. We clean in light rain because it doesn’t affect the quality of a professional pure water window clean. We only postpone cleans if the weather becomes unsafe, such as during high winds, thunderstorms or icy conditions.
Why do you use pure water?
Pure water has all minerals and impurities removed, allowing windows to dry naturally without streaks or spotting. It also enables us to clean windows safely from the ground using water-fed poles.
Can you clean upstairs windows?
Yes. Our professional water-fed pole system allows us to safely clean windows up to approximately 50 feet (15 metres) from ground level without using ladders.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. Keystone Window Cleaning is fully insured with £2 million Public Liability Insurance, giving you complete peace of mind while we work on your property.
Are you DBS checked?
Yes. We are DBS checked, making us a trusted choice for homes, schools and commercial premises.

Our main service is regular window cleaning on either a 4-week or 8-week schedule. This allows us to maintain consistently high standards and reliable service for all our customers.

What if I'm not happy with my window clean?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your clean, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll happily return to inspect the issue and re-clean the affected windows if necessary.
Do you remind me before each clean?
Yes. As a regular round-based window cleaning service, we work to a scheduled 4-week or 8-week cycle. You’ll receive a text message the evening before to confirm I am coming.
